designed to support pc-supported telephone interviews.
With CATI you can conduct telephone
interviews with several interviewers simultaneously.
Answers are registered during the interview and the
programme ensures that only relevant questions are asked. |
Telemarketing

The program is
especially applicable to updating of customer information
and similar telemarketing activities, together with
